Roger DeWitt, Founder
Roger started Total Energy Management in 1984, with an emphasis on residential/light commercial HVAC installations and maintenance. Since then the company has greatly evolved into the mechanical/electrical contracting company it is today. Partially retired in 2005 and now fully retired, Roger stills consults on special projects and continues to hold a seat on the Board of Directors. Roger spends most his time these days traveling the country and pursuing his lifelong hobby of muscle cars and hot rods.
Aaron DeWitt, President and Operations Manager
After Graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aaron served as an electrical and control system engineer with Westinghouse-Hanford in operations at FFTF. His duties with TEM include: Project management, estimating, financial management, contract negotiations, and overseeing the daily operations.
Brad DeWitt, Vice President and Field Operations Manager
After graduating with a degree in Electrical Technology, Brad was employed as the Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent at Snokist Canneries in Yakima, WA. His duties with TEM include: Project management, estimating, electrical controls design, and overseeing the daily field operations of Total Energy's HVAC, Controls and Electrical divisions.
Diane Agens, Controller & Accounting Manager
Diane joined the TEM team as Controller and Accounting Manager in 2010. She is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business office including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cash Management, Insurance and Financial Statements. Her 25 year career in accounting and her management skills provide strength and leadership to the business office.
Robert Bock, Residential Division Manager
Robert joined TEM in 1998 with eight years experience in the residential and multi-family electrical field. Rob was recently promoted to the Residential Division Manager overseeing all residential HVAC and Electrical projects. His duties include managing all residential needs of company from sales, equipment and material coordination, scheduling, overall project management of residential and multi-family projects. Since Rob joined TEM, the residential divisions have grown to produce between 30%-40% of the company volume and include installations in over 130 single family residences each year.
Ryan Harris, Controls Division Manager
Ryan has an extensive background in layout, design and start-up of networked control systems. Ryan is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the controls division as well as participating in the estimating and procurement of control system components. Ryan also heads up our HVAC DDC controls design and installation.
George Grimes, HVAC Residential/Light Commercial Sales & Installation Manager
George joined TEM in 2004 with over 20 years experience in the installation and sales field. George's duties include handling all residential sales, assisting with light commercial sales, equipment coordination, and scheduling of residential and light commercial projects.
Bruce Hines, Procurement & Warehouse Manager
Bruce's responsibilities include overseeing all procurement and warehouse activities. These include purchasing, shipping and receiving, warehouse and inventory management, project interface for equipment and material staging and delivery, and day to day procurement. Bruce originally joined TEM in August 1999, serving as the procurement manager for 7 years before leaving for 18 months to pursue a lifelong dream. With a little coaxing, we were able to bring Bruce back to our team. Bruce has over 25 years experience in the construction industry.
Brad Anderson, Fabrication Manager & Commercial Estimator
Brad's responsibilities include managing all fabrication activities, managing shop fabrication staff, and performing commercial estimating utilizing QuikPen estimating software. In addition, he oversees all fabrication equipment maintenance. Brad's strong background in fabrication and production has made him an integral part in the day to day analysis of the shop performance. Brad joined TEM in 2000.
Dave Arnold, Superintendent - Boise Cascade Refrigeration Operations
Dave's duties with TEM include overseeing all of the refrigeration maintenance associated with Boise Cascades paper and pulp facility in Wallula. These duties encompass a wide spectrum of refrigeration maintenance ranging from wall air conditioners to 300-ton chillers. Dave reports direct to our Boise Cascade Wallula office and acts as the company interface for any refrigeration/maintenance-related items.
