Total Energy Managment & HVAC Services Inc. was founded in 1984 by Roger DeWitt. Since its origin, the shop has greatly diversified in the mechanical and electrical services they provide.

These services include:

  • Industrial Fabrication and Installation. TEM specializes in industrial ventilation and HVAC applications. They maintain multiple welding procedures and certified fabricators for both stainless steel and carbon steel applications.
  • Complete sheet metal fabrication facility and staff. TEM's fabrication facility includes computer aided plasma cutting, shearing and breaking capacities to 0.25" stainless steel, welding stations, and complete sheet metal assembly line. Average sheet metal fabrication capacity is between 20,000 & 25,000 pounds per week.
  • Industrial service and installation, which includes performing the refrigeration maintenance for the Boise Cascasde Pulp & Paper Facility at Wallula. Maintenance activities range from servicing wall air conditioners to 300-Ton chiller systems. Total Energy Management maintains a remote office with full time personnel at the Boise Cascade facility.
  • Commercial and light commercial HVAC installation and service. TEM engages in commercial HVAC installations over a broad range of scope and size. In addition, we have a full service Design/Build department capable of handling mechanical/HVAC projects from the ground up.
  • Residential installation and service in both the retrofit and new construction marketplace. This includes electrical wiring and HVAC installations in over 120 new homes per year as well as maintaining a strong replacement market. In addition, the residential service department maintains in excess of 400 residential service contracts annually.
  • Complete electrical and controls division with UL508 and UL414 Designation.
  • The Controls Division provides system integration and automation with an extensive background in Allen-Bradley and Siemens Automation hardware and software systems. T.E.M. has expertise in both process and sequential batch control systems using all types and brands of control equipment.
