Value 10 Program
At Total Energy Management, we feel that value needs to be the priority when providing services and installations to all of our customers. This is why we've developed our "Value 10" program. This program is simply designed to provide customers with options when repairs are required on their aging HVAC equipment. The basis for this program is designed around equipment that is 10 years and older, but it can apply to newer equipment as well.
What we have found over the years is that customers can get caught up in cycle of making costly repairs to aging heating and cooling equipment. With this program, we want to provide information on repair costs versus replacement costs so that an informed decision can be made, as opposed to a spur of the moment, emotional decision. In most instances, our customers find that the added value of increased efficiency, increased reliability, and improved warranty coverage on new equipment is the better investment when you are faced with large repair costs.
In today's world, we understand that everyone’s time is limited, and we want to make our time in your home as painless as possible. To accomplish this, the same service technician that diagnoses your problem will be able to provide you with repair quotes, replacement options, as well as multiple financing options to consider. These services are provided at no cost, while consuming minimal additional time.
Finally, we believe so much in this program that if you choose to make repairs on your system in lieu of replacing, we will credit you back the costs of repairs (up to $300.00) against a new system purchase for up to one year from the date the repairs were made!
