TEM offers a variety of residential and commercial electrical services. We have a full TEaM of electricians who are ready to complete your electrical project beyond your expectations! Our electricians can add additional receptacles and light switches, dedicated circuits, LED recessed lighting, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and more!
CONTROLS
Total Energy Management’s Controls Division provides services in a variety of different fields. This includes complete process controls development, design, fabrication, and implementation to HVAC Direct Digital Controls. We maintain UL508a and UL698a designations and operate a complete panel shop to support all of your needs.

Additionally, we provide system integration and automation with an extensive background in Allen-Bradley and Siemens Automation hardware and software Systems. Our extensive background in these fields covers both process and sequential batch control systems utilizing a full array of control components.

Our HVAC Controls team supports multiple systems. Additionally, we provide support services for multiple DDC systems and are certified in Carrier Open Controls. Let us help design and install a DDC control solution for your next Project!

The residential department at Total Energy Management has almost 40 years of experience successfully providing comfort solutions to customers throughout the Mid-Columbia area. We pride ourselves in selling top-quality Carrier heating and cooling products. Carrier products have consistently led the industry in advancements and the most recent line of Infinity Products offer cutting-edge variable capacity options to maximize the comfort level in your home.
Our new construction team provides installations in over 250 new homes every year. Our management team has developed systems and procedures that allow our crews to install efficiently and timely, resulting in successful projects for the general contractor and the homeowner. This same team has expanded this service into the multi-family market with great success.
MAINTENANCE PLAN
Our Preventative Maintenance Program helps ensure your system is working properly for all weather conditions! It includes 2 visits, one in the fall for your heating maintenance and one in the spring for cooling. While on this plan, you also get special deals and discounts, including no additional overtime fees!

Total Energy Management engages in several different commercial and industrial projects annually. Projects range from large-scale commercial in the medical, retail, and education fields, to complete industrial ventilation projects. Additionally, with a full-service fabrication facility, we support all the sheet metal requirements associated with any project.
Our design/build department is another key component of our work. The design/build process has proven to be successful in all commercial arenas including small retail and office spaces, to large-scale medical facilities. As Code requirements continue to provide hurdles and challenges, we find that the design/build process offers value-based solutions while guiding our clients through the design and construction process. Our team consistently provides client solutions that result in 20-30% savings over conventional construction methods.
FABRICATION
TEM's maintains a complete fabrication facility. TEM’s fabrication facility includes computer aided plasma cutting, shearing, and breaking capacities to ¼” stainless steel, welding stations, and a complete sheet metal assembly line. Our average sheet metal fabrication capacity is between 20,000 & 25,000 pounds per month.
Custom fabrication is also available upon request. Bring us your drawings or sketch an idea and we can bring it to reality. Custom copper fabrication and architectural chimney caps are just a couple of examples of the fabrication solutions we can provide.
